Annual State House Program will start in the State House Chamber, with a reception to follow at 12:00 noon in the Hall of Flags Keynote Speaker: Former Ambassador and Former Mayor Ray Flynn. There are three Joint Senate/House Resolution recipients: Knights of Vartan, Ararat Lodge #1, Conventures, and The Armenian Genocide Education Committee of Merrimack Valley. Free buses generously provided by the Knights of Vartan to/from State House from St. James and St. Stephens, Watertown.
