The Town Council Rules & Ordinances Committee will meet to discuss the formation of the Community Preservation Committee. The CPA Committee Ordinance for Watertown needs to be drafted and adopted by the full Council, as the Community Preservation Act was adopted by Watertown voters November 2016.
