The Triad Group proposes tearing down 45 Mt Auburn St (c1890 house; MiAlisa Salon) and combining the parcel with 49-59 Mt Auburn St “plaza”, which includes open land in the rear that aligns between Patten and Taylor Sts that was identified as a multi-use Community Path opportunity.
