Purpose and Scope of Preliminary Review. Pursuant to Section 153.04 of the Demolition Delay Ordinance, this is a meeting to conduct a preliminary review. The review will be conducted by the Historical Commission Chair and one Commissioner. The review is to either: (1) make a determination (later documented in writing) that the building is not significant, or (2) forward the application to the Commission for a hearing.
