Please join the City of Watertown at the first community meeting for the future Walker Pond Park on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 6pm at the Jewish Community Day School, located at 57 Stanley Avenue in Watertown. At the meeting, you can expect a presentation about the ecological study’s findings, followed by a visioning session to collect community input to develop design options for the site.

We will also be hosting the opportunity to see the site at Walker Pond at 5:00, prior to the visioning meeting. Those interested are welcome to meet Watertown Open Space Planner Michelle Moon at Walker Pond, down Manley Way, behind Watertown Ford at 625 Pleasant Street.

This won’t be the only opportunity to get involved. Following the meeting, an online survey will be released, and additional meetings will be held to gather more community insight into this future park. See the project overview.
